Just noticed the language below from the last 10q. Based on that language, it appears that PDS received/recognized revenue of $1.5M that HAS TO HAVE BEEN from a period PRIOR to 9 months previous to 2/28/13, because the second and the third lines both refer to revenue from licenses signed by TPL, yet the cumulative difference between that 3 and 9 month period in the third line is LESS than the $1.5M noted in the second line. (Not to mention they made it a separate line in the report). Therefore, it seems that the $1.5M is either a recurring amount of some type, or at the least a deferred payment from a license signed during a period PRIOR to the fiscal year of the report.

During the three and nine months ended February 28, 2013, PDS entered into licensing agreements with third parties, pursuant to which PDS recognized revenues of $0 and $4,820,000, respectively.

During the three and nine months ended February 28, 2013, PDS recognized revenues of $1,500,000 for license agreements previously entered into by TPL.

During the three and nine months ended February 29, 2012, TPL entered into licensing agreements with third parties, pursuant to which PDS recognized revenues of $2,452,000 and $3,009,300, respectively.
