"Could this $1,500,000 be the Sierra License money?"

I don't think the $1,500,000 is Sierra money, or any money for a license since the CommAg agreement was revised so that PDS became the actual licensing entity, rather than TPL (I believe that happened last July or so). I believe that's why the $1.5M is enumerated separately than being included in the prior line that reflects revenue from license agreements entered into by PDS during the 3 and 9 month prior periods.

I'm pretty sure that the $1.5M is either a recurring revenue fee, or some kind of deferred or contingent revenue from a license prior to the rework of the CommAg set up back this time last year.
