Is PTSC(indirectly) on the hook for part of Brown's judgment

Brown's attorneys argued successfuly that Brown (pursuant to an agreement with TPL) was entitled to 3.5% of gross MMP licensing revenues and NOT 3.5% of TPL's 50%.

Does that mean that PTSC is responsible for paying part of Brown's judgment on jury verdict?
