On the day after our hearing about summary judgment…

we get 678,000 thousand of volume… of that total volume 581013 was shorted… that is 85% of total volume is shorted…

if you look at transactions from that day.. a transaction of 279,000 went through at .12 cents (at the ask) this would normally be thought of as a buy…. But it had to be sale and had to be a short sale.. there was only about 97,000 shares of non-short volume….

Then the next day we the bid goes to .11 and the ask to .116 … I see 125,000 shares at the bid… we see 40,000 share transaction and the shares at bid go down to 85,000… so some gets a buy at the bid on low volume…. so this transaction… someone made 400 dollars in a day by manipulating the price……
