"This is way different than our case." I certainly hope so, but the potential parallels I saw included the potential for being accused of "doubledipping" e.g. customers of AMD and Intel for example, and the (IMHO) unwarranted but "in vogue" "troll" stamp against which our attorneys have already filed an in limine motion. Neither of these is related to the actual technological content of the patents, but could play into "damages". I feel fairly confident on the technology side but the "damages" component bothers me. On the other hand, the courts are miles apart.....
