Thanks for alerting us to the fact that a public version of the Reply Post-Hearing Brief of the Commission Investigative Staff was finally posted. On August 1, I contacted the ITC and asked that a public version be made available pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act. On August 5 I received the reply below. I guess they do take requests seriously.

You submitted your request as a web question FOIA request but we will be handling it as an official FOIA request.

We will have to contact our internal staff regarding the possible releasability of a redacted version of the confidential version of the brief because there is no public version of this particular type of document.

Please consider this as our acknowledgement of the official FOIA request. It has been assigned FOIA number 13-31.
