sorry sir, with all respect, if one court says about the 336 "htc infringe" and another says about the 336 "htc you do not infringe", this means one is white and the other is black.

i am not saying any other system is better. but in this case i would be surprised, to see one decision beeing infringe and the other non-infringe!
