Let's assume for a moment that the ITC and NDoC go our way. (good dreams)

This will be the true test of our esteemed BoD.

If they have been doing anything other than collecting their monthy paychecks, they should have a plan in place, and they have stated that.

So what is the plan? How long will it take to announce after either victory?

The last thing I want to hear is (bad dreams)

"We can't announce, and can't do anything until appeals are exhausted, so hang in there you long-suffering longs another couple of years while we keep you in the dark, keep TPL afloat paying their expenses ...."
