It is my understanding that TPL spent millions of dollars on MMP and the Chuck Moore and his team actually worked under TPL's roof for some time. TPL in this regard is harldy a patent troll. Our collective investment is, however, with PTSC which is comprised of a BoD having no technical expertise and they have, to my knowledge, never delivered a product to market.

That aside, the value of the IP in terms of what it allows users to achieve, deserves to be recognized and compensated reasonably. Even the work arounds owe a debt of gratitude if not cash to the inventors and patent holders, as they would not have made more complicated solutions were they not inspired by the creativity of Fish and Moore to do so.

On another point, the ITC markman was less favorable than that secured in the NDoC case. The latter is also where the rubber will meet the road as this will be where the most importsant decision will be made. It is getting very close to showtime and it appears that the players on the courtroom stage know this, as evidenced by the pre-trial documents. It should provide lots of drama in the weeks ahead.

As an investor of many years, I am hopeful with most if not all of you. (It is apparent that some who post here are more interested in a loss what ever their reasons) PTSC/TPL may or may not prevail but at least there is an end to this road in sight and some measure of closure on the matter will be most welcome after a very long, up and down journey.
