What difficulty? I understood just fine. The majority of votes were "withheld". You obviously missed my two points. First, not ALL votes were withheld - a majority does not constitute the entire universe of shareholders as you strongly implied. Second, there must be a lot of folks having some level of confidence/trust, because there remain a lot shareholders, including yourself. Why? Confidence in the strength of our tech/patents, in our legal team? What's the point if there is no trust or confidence in management?
