As long as there is more money to be extracted from this 'IMBROGLIO', Leckrone will NOT

willingly forgo any of it.

And his strangle hold on the proscecution of this License activity, he will NOT give up..

If PTSC would get control of this operation, we, 'MIGHT EVEN', see a little more transparency..IMO..
