Can you imagine the so-called "Compensation Committee" spending more than 30 minutes a year deciding what to pay themselves? Look how much CJ and GF pick up for that 30 minutes or so - it's obscene. Then Swartz does the same for other companies in which Swartz has finaigled a similar power structure.
