B. Substance of the Agreement
The moving parties assert that the Agreement has been executed by the parties. See Mot.
Memo. at 1; see also Exh. at 15.

For the consideration set forth by the Agreement,

with respect to the sole asserted patent, U.S. Patent No. 5,809,336 (“the '336
patent”). Mot. Exh. at § 2.2. The Agreement thus appears to fully resolve the dispute between the moving parties

III. CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, the joint motion to terminate this investigation with respect to
Kyocera should be granted.
