Judge Grewals Calender showed until yesterday Sep.23rd Jury Trial.

Today it says Sept. 23rd until Oct.4 th Jury Trial.

To this means all pending HTC and Acer Motions for Partial or Total Summary Judgement

based on the ITC outcome, seem to be denied!No?

Why would now a new Calendar show " Weeks Trial instead of one day.

Anyone?
