Does this mean HTC and Acers Motion for Summary Detemination are denied?

Consider this...

At Oral arguments 2 weeks ago, both sides expressed confidence that trial could be completed in one weeks time.

HTC's side, who wants a separate trial from Acer, stated 1 week for their trial. TPL's counsel also indicated they felt one week was sufficient, but they did not specify if that was for a combined trial, which TPL wants, or if that was referring to one week for each separete trial.

Judging by his courtroom dates, IF there is to be a trial, it would appear that the cases would be combined. Speculation, so caution.
