Thanks for the posts & links. It's interesting to see that according to the filing, if I read it correctly, the license structure IS to charge based on the REVENUE produced by the products containing infringing technology, and not based on a cost per component or microprocessor used.

That logic reinforces my license spreadsheet which tracked fees and compared them to company revenues, but with the disclaimer that the company revenues I could get would include non MMP related product revenue as well. Turns out the WAG was more of a SWAG afterall! lol
