Over the past year or so I have been very slow on picking up new information. I apologize to all of you for the ignorance I have shown over the past year.... However, that said I do not understand why there is not more anger or should I say impatience with what I think has occurred.

I refer to the point a year or so ago where most of the learned minds on this Board agreed that considering what has occurred over the past decade plus we no longer wanted the company to Settle for anything less then full boat amounts. No more discounts. No more abiding by Leckrones statement that he would not go to trial etc but only believed in settlements.

That was my understanding of the positions taken by many of the shareholders. Yet I have not read any post where a poster on Agora has stated that we are accepting a low ball, discount settlement from HTC .... Nobody is asking why we are not following the course I thought that was laid out that at this point in time we would let the chips fall where they might. If infringes did not pony up with a full boat license amt then we wanted the ITC ALJ to issue his position and then go to trial at NDOC and once again at least at that court let the jury or judge issue a determination that we were or were not infringed upon and we were owed $xxxx millions.

I realize as did most of those who spoke up at the time not so very long ago we were risking losing everything but I thought it was time to go for broke as Leckrone and the PTSC board has sold the average shareholder down the river and based on what we thought we knew it was about time to as I said lets let it ride and hopefully be vindicated with large amounts properly awarded to PTSC Shareholders.

Instead I have recently read about some expert we (I believe a Leckrone hire) has said is a proper amount to settle for which in the words of Leckrone would be a early (?) discount signing, huh? I am not an expert on tiers..... Obviously but what I do not see in the post I read is where is the time factor or feet dragging that has occurred by HTC over this long period of time.....where they infringed upon our patents and got away with basically stealing and now wants to pay what they should of paid (I do believe it is a low ball amt even if they paid it 15 years ago) when they first took the info without permission.

Where is the amt for punitive damages? Why is the amt that goes to our attorney(s) being taken out of this minor settlement amount and not being paid directly by HTC? Why? Because we are not insisting on them paying all these cost and for "pain and suffering over the years as Leckrone and our PTSC board are not holding feet to the fire.

Alright I have gone and on but before I get slammed I realize that if we wait we could lose it all at the ITC and at NCOC but I for one and I thought there were many others thought it was about time that we got everything that the patents were worth in the way of a license and since we have been forced to fight this over many years with Millions going to legal fees that infringers should pick up that tab on the side of what they paid for a license.

I guess the question I have to all but the ptsc board of directors and the leckrones is where is the outrage by shareholders on settling once again when that time of low ball settlements imo long gone.
