I'm not so sure that you can discount that PTSC or TPL had nothing to do with the article. Could be that they got Law360 to issue the article. Who knows, maybe someone from our side suggested that the Law360 author review the court file as their might be something of interest to be found there. Not saying that's what happened, but there are different ways to get news out without actually putting the news out yourself. I'd love to think our side has learned something along the way. Just an observation.
