Certainly GPS devices, which includes phones, need to run super fast (ever notice how hot they get when they use GPS?) b.c if you are going 80 on the interstate the phone needs to continually pick up the GPS satellites and confirm you are in the right spot. I'm shooting from the hip here so don't take this as sign of anything. I, too, am drinking wine and this decision could not take place at a worse possible time of the month due to work. No wise comments from the ex-jocks!...lol

If you look up the bios of the newly added attorneys, they all have trial experience. If the friday's decision is not going to be delayed, one would think these attorneys would be added to fight for an appeal, or argue damages, etc. It is too late for any attorney to add to the September 6th decision, right?

I agree it appears unusual, but im no lawyer.
