What you say makes good sense. Let's hope the ALJ sees it that way. FWIW I noticed on the bio for one of Garmin's additional counsel that he helped to negotiated a confidential settlement on another ITC case. Perhaps they were brought in to do the same for Garmin in TPL/Patriot's case.
