Will the ALJ wait until right around 5PM?

5PM ET.. perhaps.. the ITC is east coast.. 3 of the last 4 filings by the ITC have come between 10:00 and 11:30 AM.. I'm assuming that was ET.. the other was filed at 4:30.. The last one Judge Gildea himself filed was at 11:24.. so I'd guess it could be filed at anytime.. If he's in communication with the litigants prior to filing, I'd say it would come near 5PM ET
