Unfortunately it appears that Gildea side with the infringers,a maybe there were under the table donations of mutual agreement? Or Gildea could not handle the pressure of doing the right thing?

I am sure Agility will quickly file an appeal and hopefully another judge will overturn Gildea's ruling.
