Let's look at in another way. We knew the politics. If we won there would be an immediate appeal by 52 lawyers on the other side and quite possibly a presenditial decision. Could lecky be enough of a fox, knowing this and have us go for the appeal and now enter all the information, and maybe get a panel of appeal judges to rule in our favor. a contrarian point of view. Now we hopefully win. I'm reaching
