I just went through this same situation with a private company vs Intel, Apple and HP. The Judge received letters from polititians from various states. The ITC Judge completely disregarded the rule of law in the case and sided with Intel for noninfringement. Not only said they did not infringe, he said the patent was invalid.

We appealed to the commission who overturned the Judges rulings on 8 of the 10 claims. A circuit court Judge just recently ruled in our favor on the other 2 claims and said not only are the patents valid but Intel and others infringed and should negotiate a settlement.

Hang in there. The truth will come out. The ITC Judges are on the govt payroll and their budget is made by the Polititians. The fix was in but will be corrected IMO.
