Although painful, really was only a bargaining chip IMO. If we would have prevailed they would have appealed. The bottomline is we want them to purchase a license. Is the NDOC still a enough to get them to an agreement. The momentum would have been nice but if it didn't get the dollars on the ledger then it wouldn't have mattered unless that decision alone would have catapulted the share price. The bargaining power in license negotiations is what I think this is more about. The sad thing is I beleived it would be something our fearless CEO could trumpet or couldn't hide behind a confidentiality clause and the news would be widely disseminated to the general investors pool. Now even if all the infringers sign on the dotted line we will never know who,when, where or how much until you unravel the 10q. In other words business as usual. I just puked in my own mouth.
