The District Court will rule on the MSJ by mid next week, imo.
As a repeat, FWIW, below were my dispassionate impressions from the Hearing on the MSJ 3 weeks ago; some of you may find them helpful to review as you make your own assessment of our next (last, if he rules against us) equal footing battle against these same infringers.

"These are my impressions, dismiss or give them whatever credence you like:
My view on the Staff's Recommendation, and for other reasons, is that we have genuine concerns to overcome at the ITC. I am hopeful but not optimistic about our chances there.
I was at the Federal Court hearing for Oral Arguments on the MSJ and other Motions.
IMO the judge is less inclined to liberally grant orders to seal all those requested documents.
I am of the opinion that the Judge wants the Trial to occur, that he will not grant the MSJ on the 336; I am less persuaded on the 890.
I'm unsure, but lean to the belief that the Judge will not allow a split Trial as is desired by HTC.
I think the Judge will allow Instructions on Willfulness should a trial occur.
I believe the Judge will allow our Sanction motion for document turnover failure against ACER to stand.
I did not get a comfortable enough indication to comment on the motion for Markings, or date for Notice of products, or specificity of items of potential Infringment. The level of damages can be halved, if one or the other is accepted by the Court.
I do not believe the Judge will accept HTC's "Intervening Rights" argument about the Reexamination proceedings.
The Judge gave no verbal indication, but I came away confidently feeling that we will get his Orders well before the scheduled ITC release date of September 6th.
No one from the BOD took the time to attend; even though one of them lives very close by.
*For the paranoid and reality challenged out there.. I have not bought any shares in a long long time."
