Believe one of the summaries that a member(karlwest?) provided here after the SHM quoted Mr. O as sayiing that this was a strong case. He was also quoted as saying he had not won cases that he felt were just as strong, so no guarantees on a win. I also recall, in the same summary, that Mr. O claimed to have never lost an appeal. Do I recall this correctly? Was/Is the plan to win this on an appeal?
