As time goes by, the PTSC coffers grow smaller and smaller. They have to keep paying out those big BOD salaries every month, you know.

Yes, there was a recent settlement with Kycor???? just before the disasterous ITC ruling yesterday, but it was probably for chump change like most over the past year or so have been.

My problem at this juncture is that even if we get a favorable jury verdict, THERE WILL BE AN APPEAL, and this could take a long time knowing all the legal manuvering the opposition is cabable of. In the meantime, cash will be in BURN BABY BURN mode.

Any settlements will be diluted by the contingency attorneys, so the normal split between TPL and PTSC will be seriously altered.

Selling stock could be an option, but the PPS will probably after monday yield a less than desired amount.

Not leaning one way or the other, but there are still alot of hurdles both external and internal to consider when deciding to place one's hard earned money on the PTSC line.
