Could you explain "divorce" in this context?
Helmut Falk died just as he was ready to ramp up the "shboom" business after he merged it into PTSC. I had know Helmut for many years prior to that and was working with him as he took nanotronics to Patriot. Helmut didn't put up the amount of money he did to help develop chip prototypes and start marketing and distribution plans unless was he 99.9% sure it was viable. He had a good track record of taking American products into other countries and building distrbution channels.
Some may say he cut more corners than a Roomba, but he got results.
Gloria Felcyn was involved in his US business interests, including nanotronics as well as his Family Trust which she managed after his untimely death.
I never really understood why Woody seemed to step away from 'shboom' though.
