the motion to Stike the Patent damages Expert's testimony is Denied.

HTC did not want our expert throwing Lump Sum numbers around because they thought the Jury would be unfairly prejudiced.

I don't want the expert using the 10 million dollar number UNLESS we get Treble Damages on that number.
