I admit this is a modified re- post but is now more pertinent with the Amazon decision. A quick search pulls up NDoC Case 3:12-cv-03870 versus Garmin (as an example) under Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley. Her calendar goes to mid-October and I don't see the case. Also, she is based in San Francisco, so not at San Jose where Judge Grewal operates. This begs the question (Ronran???) as to whether a case (no pun intended) can be made to move this set of litigations to Judge Grewal, given he is already at the top of a quite complex learning. Nothing against Judge Scott - just looking for efficiency.
