Their record of past internal revenue inititives and business judgement has unfortunately been overwhelming negative for investors and the company Treasury.
Until this BOD steps down or is replaced, or at least until this NDC legal hurdle is cleared, leaving the revenue making decisions in the hands of others is a wiser decision. Investors have already witnessed the disasterous results of this BOD's own judgement, and suffered expensive losses from their business negotiations.
The history of MMP licensing and the current litigation is such that PTSC's BOD is sitting in the back seat of the car, they have no steering wheel and no gas peddle; they're just paying for the fuel and hoping we don't crash along the way.
