and how that has just about distroyed all shareholder interest and almost bankrupted this company. The essence of leadership is CLARITY; the absence of leadership is confusion.

When I read posts that make excuses and try to deflect responsibility for Carl, Gloria and Cliff's failures onto the over expectations of investors, other people, or external events, I can only think that it's the BOD's family, friends or business associates who have signed on here and are authoring them.

I laugh at some of those obvious intentional attempts to dismiss complaints, or craft posts that spell badly and use improper grammer or words to camouflage their motives and dumb down their appearance here. If you think about it, the fact is that almost without exception, those kinds of posts are sympathetic with the BOD... it's comical, and frankly, it's the opposite of what would be their real life opinion on the erosion of their investment if the views of those posting authors were authentic.
