Within that document it says something to the effect :

The ALJ issued a Final Initial Determination and Recommended Determination on Remedy & Bonds. The Commission is soliciting comments raised by the recommended remedy, specifically a limited exclusion order against certain devices & components thereof imported by Respondents.

So the question is.....did we win some sort of remedy on the claims that were excluded in the Final Initial Determination.
