As I said, it's not what most here want to see or hear - INCLUDING me, but the reality, IMO, is that if a suitable settlement is achievable, they'll take it. By suiteable, I suggest somethign in the realm I listed.

For better or worse, I prefer to go the distance, win or lose, assuming the judge does not grant the MSJ. I just don't think the people on our side of the table are willing to risk their place at the teat that they've so come accustomed to.

I hope your view prevails as I think that's the best scenario long term. We'll see.
