Seems like the ITC result will have a somewhat limited impact on the PTSC pps. Thankfully. Hard to know if that's because of the lack of publicity about it, or if indeed it was just a mostly expected outcome, and most people's eyes are on the NDoC proceedings.

I've been told by some posters that the exposure Amazon admitted to was in the $59M range. With that in mind, does anyone have any estimates as to what damages are being sought, or may have been mentioned in all of the PACER filings that we can come up with an estimate for what the exposure is of the NDoC Plaintiffs Acer and HTC? I know the $10M value was thrown out there for HTC in one of the filings, but I haven't seen anything for Acer that I can remember. Admittedly, this is a question I should know the answer to, but is there anyone else that would be at risk to MMP damages in the NDoC proceedings?
