That's pretty much correct... nothing has changed but if we don't go to trial at the NDOC then nothing ever will change, including the pps. We've GOT to get a win in court in order for us to get realistic settlements and an increase in the share price. If we don't and they simply settle then the pps will remain where it is and the only ones to make money will be the BOD and officers of the company. Shareholders will get nothing. It's time to meet Goliath head on. I only hope the resolve to do so rests with our BOD and the lawyers handling our case.
