Notice of appearance of new atty for PTSC: Charles T. Hoge, of Post, Kirby, Noonan and Sweat, of San Diego, dated today.

Also a motion to voluntarily dismiss PTSC`s suit against the J5 filed, also today, by Mr. Hoge`s firm.
