This information was published in the Federal Register. I cannot find any reference to NO infringement. However it does state that the Commission is soliciting comments on
public interest issues raised by the recommended relief, specifically a
limited exclusion order against certain wireless consumer electronics devices
and components thereof imported so

if there is recommended relief (i.e. limited exclusion order) is the logical conclusion that there is infringement of some sort?
