I would think the ITC is like most Federal Agencies. They have a list of policies and proceedures to follow and the public opinion inquiry is simply one of the steps. If 30 million Iphone users complained about the courts decision, something might get reviewed. I doubt our opinions will have that affect. Appeal appears to be our only option with the ITC.
