Sadly, with all the flurry of activity with Leckrone/Brown, ITC and NDoC "we" missed the ridiculous and self-serving early August 1 deadline for submitting Motions for the next SHAM. Not that this BoD is likely to take any notice but it sure feels good to see those results posted with the SEC. It's incredible, yet somehow not surprising, that the deadline comes before the prior year annual report is provided.
