It hasn't been consistent over the years. This year was late April. Last year was, I believe, February.

Apart from the actual meeting per se (i.e. just the voting essentially) this year was mainly Jim Otteson speaking followed by a quick termination with no Q&A and then Leckrone holding court on the floor. Last year, 2012, Q&A was allowed and Leckrone was given presentation time. So the next one's date, location and format is anyone's guess to my mind.
