A court's calendar is set in advance for scheduling purposes, but imo it's also not inconsistant with a possible affirmative MSJ ruling.

Sorry, but I've got to express my negative thoughts ... At this late hour, 6 days from the scheduled trial start date, I'm not so sure that no MSJ decision bodes well for the trial's actual occurance.

I continue to believe my initial impressions that Judge G wants to air the dispute in open court to a Jury, but the lawyers need to know if they are going to trial in 6 days.
