I would think it is possible that the Judge may be delaying ruling on the summery judgement until the last minute to keep a level playing field in any settlement negotiations. If he were to rule in our favor now while there is still time for last minute motions and other developments that might help the other side then he would give us an advantage in settlement talks. Deny it now and he would preclude any last minute moves our lawyers might make that could help us. I take it as the Judge taking the most neutral position he can until he absolutely has to take a stand. Fair and proper but that's just my opinion.
