Absolutely and positively YES. If we don't fight, assuming the settlements are for nuisance values, then I do believe they will be shirking their fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders. I spoke with someone much more versed in this than I yesterday. I'm hoping and praying we don't cave, short of the type of settlements you have stated, and that my fears will be unfounded.
