the market, so far, does not even think today's news is worth a penny? Pretty shocking to me. But, then again, no dollars attached....must be nuisance value. But I bet there is concern that TPL will settle with HTC and barring any glowing PR...this will keep us in a holding pattern. There is just too much history to give them credit without a defining event which apparently today was not. good luck all
