Please do some research on what has occured over the years regarding on what it means to allow Leckrone to run our litigation and licensing for the MMP.

I cannot speak for Ron but I think what he says much more eloquently then I is that all shareholders get out of allowing Leckrone settle for us has brought shareholders nothing but grief and little information for that grief. Except for a two dividends years back (see Tucci DD and comments by LL) the only people getting rich from the MMP is the Leckrones and our Board.

We are kept from learing what is happening by NDA and a MA that puts the fate of PTSC in the hands of Leckrone.

Sure we can wait to see greater share prices but it is my opinion the only way we get to the figures you list is by going to trial with HTC and winning. Remember the clock is running on the patents so it is unlikely we will have another speculative bubble like the last one in '06 UNLESS we got to trial.

There are few investors out there who will trade on the hope that Leckrone will do what is best for us.... or for that matter will our Board
