If HTC does settle it would speak volumes because they have claimed that they will fight till the end and a settlement would be declaring the end. The problem is would the next large mega corp want to test the untried issues that were left in limbo. My guess is that the law firms making millions of dollars off these cases would be pretty persausive telling the company leaders they could win. Then we are back to more of the same. If a settlement would bring in the tide in the form of a giant wave of infringers than I would say do it. IMO it won't and it's business as usual at the clubhouse....
