We still have to wait for a written order from the judge about the addendum. Their motion for MSJ clarification was denied so hopefully the addendum motion will be denied. I don't think this case will go more than 4 days and the jury will have an answer in under 3 to 4 hours. This is not a murder case and we aren't Apple vs Samsung.
