I read the ruling and the footnote (513 see 11) and went to the original 513 filing with jury rules and I couldn't find anything (150 pages). I didn't see any specific language in the addendum ruling about "not relying on an external crystal clock or control signal to generate the clock signal" and I highly doubt Judge Grewal updated the claim construction since he denied the motion to clarify the MSJ ruling where it was clear we won everything on the 336. I believe the "entire" phrase will continue to be favorable to us during this trial. It is true the clock signal is not generated from an external crystal, which is what Judge Grewal is saying. I'm still confident we have the better claim construction and Ottesson needs to hammer this home. Thanks for posting the Pacers!
